6. scan of passport for foreign nationals, scan of photo ID for Japanese nationals
○Please note that a surveillance camera is installed at the entrance.
○The available equipment that we have prepared is matched to the number of people who have booked the room. Please be sure to ask if you need more equipment than that.
○Please note that you will be charged for the use of equipment other than the available amount.
○Please take off your shoes indoors as this is a Japanese-style house.
○Smoking is not permitted in the premises.
○Pets are not allowed.
○We ask that you keep quiet after 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbouring residents.
○We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a better surrounding environment.

Violations of the following precautions may result in fines.
*If you check out later than the check-out time [10:00 am] without prior notice, you will be charged the following fees.
Cleaning staff on standby: JPY 5,000 per 30 minutes including tax will be charged.
(If cleaning is not completed in time due to late check-out and the next booking is affected, other costs related to this may be charged separately.)
Please do not enter the rooms with shoes of any kind.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. (There are no dedicated outdoor ashtrays. Please take care not to forget to extinguish cigarette butts. Please make sure to bring your own portable ashtray and take your cigarette butts home with you).
Rubbish will be collected by cleaners after check-out. Please do not dispose of rubbish in the rubbish dump. Please also cooperate in separating rubbish.
*If you damage the crockery and amenities provided, you will be charged after check-out. Please note that some of the furniture and appliances are expensive.
Please wash the crockery as much as possible.

(1) Shipping of forgotten items.
The items will be sent by cash-on-delivery.

(2) Disposal of bulky waste such as suitcases and buggies
3,300 yen/included (charged to guest)
Other fees 1100 yen consumption tax included/one time.
(3) Cancellation of cleaning on the day due to the guest's convenience
In the case of a request for an extra night, or in other cases where the cleaning has to be cancelled on the day, a separate cleaning fee will be charged for one cleaning. If there are any changes to the booking, such as an extra night, please make sure to inform us 24 hours before check-out.
Recently, there have been a number of cases of stains, damages and take-backs. No charges will be made for normal use of bed linen, etc., but any items soiled with blood or vomit will be charged at actual cost.
(4)Emergency response
We will do our best to respond to guests' requests, but there may be cases where we are unable to do so on the day.
Please note that we will guide you at an additional cost when we need to respond on the same day, except for emergencies.
Basic fee: 4,400 yen/trip/including consumption tax~/*In the case of late-night, late-night fee is available and based on the actual cost on receipt.
Other fees: 1100 yen/times/including consumption tax
